What a horrible day weather-wise. It was raining when I got up and by the time it had stopped it was too dark to see anything of interest.
Only highlights today were a Robin singing in the rain and a Magpie pecking away at the buds on a Sycamore tree. Hmm let's hope the weather is better tomorrow.
And if the weather wasn't bad enough, the tower blocks behind the cottage will soon block out the lovely view we had of Bumpers Hill and across to the Lower Horse Paddock. I hadn't realised there were going to be five 3 storey houses to the left of the garden and at the back. Time to grow some Leylandii. 😒
The only real highlight on a wet miserable day was this Magpie pecking away at the buds on this Sycamore.
Well I think Benji and.............
..............Ted had the right idea.
