Penns Wood, St Andrew's Church, Church Ope Cove, Penn's Weare, Penn's Copse, Rufus Castle, The Cuttings Quarry and The Mermaid Track

At long last no rain!! Well it did start off wet, but by the afternoon the sun was out and so Ted and I headed off to the cove.

There was a lot to see, so instead of lots of writing I will add today's photos under Fauna and Flora recorded today. Though I will add I saw both an Adder and a Common Lizard today.

Birds Recorded:
Herring Gull, Wood Pigeon, Dunnock, Robin, Blackbird, Great Tit, Blue Tit, Magpie, Carrion Crow, House Sparrow, Chaffinch and Goldfinch

This very small fly is a Brassica Whitefly (Aleyrodes proletella) and a new species of fly for my Portland list
