Bumpers Lane, The Cuttings, Broadcroft Quarry Lane, Broadcroft Butterfly Reserve, Higher Horse Paddock and Lower Horse Paddock

What a miserable day, with low cloud/fog coming up over the island on a steady south-westerly breeze. At times visibility was pretty poor, but at least there were a few things around that I could see and photograph.

A male Stonechat spreading its tail out to keep balance in the wind.

The female was also doing the same.

A Carrion Crow looking a mischievous.

Not a fishing boat I have seen here before. This is the British Fishing Boat WH148 "Rampant", just off the beach at Church Ope Cove. There is no info on this vessel, but there are a couple of photos of it in Weymouth Harbour Here and Here.
