Highlights on my walk today were three Stonechats in the temporary horse paddock within the butterfly reserve, plus a very confiding Song Thrush in the Higher Horse Paddock.

Its not often you get to see........
........Song Thrushes in the open.
Hmm..............
...........it saw me videoing it and disappeared into this Ivy-clad Elder.
A stunning looking male Chaffinch. Quite a few are singing now.
