Today was a good day all round. Firstly the car was in for a full service, at a local garage in Inmosthay and was £60 cheaper than I thought it would be.
But the best part was when I went to pick it up. I had decided to take Ted on a long walk to Inmosthay, via Reap Lane, in the hope of seeing my first ever UK Cirl Bunting there.
It was pretty hard work trying to locate it, but eventually I did and had great views of it, though the light was pretty poor for any decent photos.

Spot the Redwing in the tree!!
Here it is.
It has been at Reap Lane for about 4 days now, so I was pretty pleased to see that it was still about.
General Shots:
The Cirl Bunting in slow-motion
Reap Lane Barns in the centre of the frame, where the Cirl Bunting is often seen in the mornings.
However and having walked all around the fields I eventually found the Cirl Bunting south of Reap Barns feeding alongside a pair of Stonechats, a few Goldfinches and 8 Meadow Pipits
