It was another trip into Weymouth and with it an opportunity to see the Golden Plovers at Lodmoor RSPB Reserve. It's a bird I haven't seen at all this year, so it was great opportunity to see one. In fact it wasn't just one but possibly a couple of thousand. What a sight.
Other highlights were at least 400 Lapwing, 50+ Snipe (and that was the ones I could see), 4 not so Common Gulls, a fly-by Kingfisher and at least 3 Chiffchaffs calling.
