Today I visited Lodmoor RSPB Reserve and managed a respectable 50 species, which included 5 new species for my 2022 Bird list. They were 1 Great White Egret, Gadwall, a Marsh Harrier, 20 Black-tailed Godwit and a Green Sandpiper. The latter was not one I was really expecting to see, so a bit of a bonus bird.
The weather was atrocious, with drizzle all morning, which as per normal stopped as soon as I left. So not too many photos or videos today.
Birds Recorded:

A Great White Egret feeding in the margins.
On most waters, if you are this close to a Grey Heron, they are off.
This one was about 10 metres from the path I was on.
It certainly doesn't seem to mind me videoing it.
In the foreground a drake Teal. At the back a Snipe and in the centre four Gadwall. The latter my first this year.
A Moorhen on the water with another Snipe on the shoreline.
In this photo there are Lapwings, Black-tailed Godwits, a Ruff and 4 Black-headed Gulls.
Three more Snipe and a Lapwing far right.
Twenty Black-tailed Godwits over the reserve
Zooming in slightly there are 4 Black-headed Gulls, 2 Lapwings, 8 Black-tailed Godwits and a Ruff in this photo.

General Video:
This was a surprise, a helicopter flying over the reserve. Certainly not appreciated by the 400+ Lapwing that took to the skies. 30 minutes later it did a return flight over the reserve again
