I think you have to have a little bit of faith, that the local moggies, don't make a meal out of the Little Bunting here in Pebble Lane for its 4th day. There are now 3 cats which are now taking an interest in this very confiding bunting. Still, as long as the birders keep an eye on it, it may well avoid their beady eyes.
A doctors appointment this morning, followed by our builder finishing off some work in the cottage, meant I only got 5 minutes in Pebble Lane. When I arrived there were birders looking everywhere for it, until I pointed out that it was sat in its favourite tree in the Chesil Gallery gardens.
Its always good to have a bit of local knowledge and it was nice to help out visiting birders, who had been there awhile looking for it.
Just the one photo, well you can overdo a good thing sometimes.
