With the worse storm for many decades, Storm Eunice wreaked havoc across the UK today, with wind speeds reaching 122mph on the Isle of Wight. Not as gusty here, but apparently 86mph was recorded in Portland Harbour.
Avoiding Pennsylvania Castle Wood to get down to Church Ope Cove safely, I walked down to the beach via Rufus Castle.
Main highlights at the cove were 11 Rock Pipit, 1 Pied Wagtail, 1 Grey Wagtail, the female Black Redstart and a Goldcrest.

A bit of artistic licence here. It was windy but not quite as windy as this video would suggest. I speeded it up a little bit!!
