After yesterday's stormy weather, where a gust of 92mph was recorded at The Needles, today's dull, gloomy but dryish weather was a "welcome" relief.
A bit of a mixed bag of birds with just 3 locations showing any signs of "life":
Wakeham Railway Cuttings: 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker, 1 Grey Wagtail, Dunnock, Robin, Blackbird, 1 Chiffchaff, Great Tit, Wren, Magpie, Chaffinch and 5 Siskin.
Penns Wood: Wood Pigeon, 1 Grey Wagtail, Dunnock, Robin, 3 Chiffchaff, 6 Goldcrest, Long-tailed Tit, Great Tit, Blue Tit, Wren, Carrion Crow, Chaffinch, 3 Siskin and Goldfinch
Church Ope Cove: 1 Kestrel, Herring Gull, Wood Pigeon, 2 Rock Pipit, 2 Pied Wagtail, Dunnock, 2 Goldcrest, Long-tailed Tit, Great Tit, Blue Tit, Wren, Carrion Crow and 1 Raven

Pennsylvania Castle Wood and very this afternoon with 3 Chiffchaffs, 6 Goldcrests and several Great Tits, Blue Tits & Chaffinches.
Still no sign of any Black Redstarts at the cove, but apart from 2 Rock Pipits there was this adult Pied Wagtail.............
...........making short work of the trillions of Kelp Flies on the beach......
..........and this 1st Winter Pied Wagtail, which hasn't quite worked out that the Kelp Flies are further down the beach.
This Raven was circling the beach and then landed at the southern end of the cove.
