The moth trap went out last night and I had 12 moths of 11 species, plus a Caddis Fly. I managed to ID a few myself and some expert help from Martin Cade (Portland Bird Observatory Warden), Sean at @MothIDUK and Ed Wilson FoPL for the correct ID's. Many thanks.
So I ended up with 4 new moths for my Portland Moth List, bringing my total to 170 since 30 May 17.

A quick look over the Weares to see what was about. There were several House Martins feeding along the cliffs and a Kestrel on the telephone wires eyeing up a potential prey.
He looks interested and then........
.........very interested. But whatever it was he was looking at, disappeared quickly and so did he.
