Just when I thought my back was getting better; bang it went again. I'm starting to rattle now, with all the pain-killers I'm taking. So it was another walk up and down the back garden to stretch those legs, and at the same time being mindful not to over exert myself.
So after waiting for the thunderstorms to finally move away, I headed off up the garden.
