A really sunny and for a change, a warm day, despite the strong westerly.
There were a some good highlights in the back garden this afternoon, though it was a mystery as to why there weren't any butterflies seen. A lone Swift overhead, a Lesser Whitethroat singing and a Kestrel low over the garden were good to see and hear.
