Lynch Cove, Tidmoor Cove and Furzedown Farm

It was another trip to the caravan at Littlesea this afternoon, followed by a brisk walk in a very brisk south-westerly. At least it was dry, but apart from 23 bird species including a Swift, 3 Swallows and 4 Chiffchaffs, there was very little else seen.

In fact yesterday's excellent 13 butterfly species dropped to just two today, as the very strong wind not only kept the butterflies hidden, but lots of other insects as well.
