A quick walk today and great to see at least 8 Common Drone Hoverflies enjoying the mild sunny conditions. Also about were several White-tailed Bumblebees.
On the Rufus Castle a Stock Dove suddenly appeared. I've not seen one in this area before, but as the crow flies Rufus Castle is pretty close to Bumpers lane, where I have come across them before.

So many singing Robins on my walk.
And with the mild conditions and the sun shining I came across at least 8 Common Droneflies.
And what a change in the weather were Ted doesn't have to wear a coat.

Bees Recorded: 7+ White-tailed Bumblebee (Bombus lucorum)
Hoverflies Recorded: 8 Common Dronefly (Eristalis tenax)
