A short report today as my PC has broken. Yesterday I had to buy a new monitor and today it's the turn of the computer. It never rains but it pours. So I'm using a very old and hopefully reliable laptop.
The main highlight of my walk was the return of the second female Black Redstart. I suspect she was around the headland, keeping out of the way of the increased number of visitors to the cove. On the north cliff a single Chiffchaff.
Also on the beach 17 Rock Pipits, 3 Wrens and a single Pied Wagtail.

Birds Recorded: Herring Gull, Wood Pigeon, 17 Rock Pipit, 1 Pied Wagtail, Dunnock, Robin, 2 Black Redstart, Blackbird, 1 Chiffchaff, 2 Goldcrest, Great Tit, Blue Tit, Wren, Magpie, Carrion Crow, House Sparrow, Chaffinch and Goldfinch.
