Wakeham

There was just a slight drizzle this morning, so I made my way up the garden to see what was about, before the heavy stuff arrived.

Main highlight was five Chiffchaffs in the brambles and Sycamores to the rear of the garden. Yet again though, four of them departed south leaving the "resident" one calling from every corner of its patch.

Other highlights was a Grey Squirrel running along the neighbours fence and an Ichneumon Wasp sp.

In the cold damp conditions the only other invertebrates noted were two Honey Bees and a lone Buff-tailed Bumblebee.  There were no other bees species seen, or butterflies or hoverflies.
