Lower Horse Paddock, Upper Horse Paddock, Broadcroft Butterfly Reserve, Broadcroft Pools, Broadcroft Quarry Lane and Bumpers Lane

It was a very late walk today, and unsurprisingly there wasn't too much about.

Main highlights were 6 Chiffchaff, all in Broadcroft Quarry Lane and two juvenile Stock Doves in Bumpers lane.

Having not seen a Rush Veneer since 16 Sep, it was a bit of surprise to see 5 around the pools this afternoon.

The speed limit along Broadcroft Lane is 15 mph. That doesn't mean you have to drive at that speed!!! Well done to the Portland Stone driver, it was very thoughtful of you. Not 😠
