Finally a little bit of cloud cover and an opportunity for a short walk across to the meadows. It is still pretty warm, so I wasn't expecting too much.
Main highlight was a Willow Warbler calling from the Buddleia alongside the permissive path.

Apart from Dyers Rocket, the only other plant that seems to be beating the heat is Wild Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)
Despite the lack of water, these Blackberries seem to be doing okay.
