Well I'm not sure how you can go from having "Man" Flu first thing this morning, to feeling okay 6 hours later, but having woke up this morning with every ailment going, I at least felt a great deal better to chill out in the back garden later.
Only highlight was a pair of House Martins overhead.

Buff-tailed Bumblebee (Bombus terrestris)
A hoverfly sp. Possibly a Gold-spotted Meligramma (Meligramma euchromum)
And Ted giving up trying to escape from the garden.
