Bumpers Lane, Coast Path, Church Ope and St Andrew's Church

A nice long walk this morning was rewarded with a Hobby over Bumpers Lane. In the quarry here there was a Spotted Flycatcher, 5 Blackcap and a few Chiffchaff & Willow Warblers.

So many Red Admirals about, possibly 80+, could well have been more. It seems every Ivy that is in flower has a butterfly on it. In the grounds of St Andrew's Church there were 4 Comma's feeding on the Blackberries and a male Migrant Hawker was fly about at speed upsetting the butterflies.

Here are a few images from this morning.
