Today was spent clearing everything out of the shed and relocating the things that Dawn and I decided we were keeping. The next thing now is to knock it down, plus the two mini sheds behind it and put a concrete base down for a more hardwearing shed and open seating area. So much to do.
We had a few breaks and noted that today was the first time we had seen Swifts over the house this year. In total there were 7 with a group of 5 followed by two more later in the day. Also seen were two House Martins, hopefully local breeding birds!!
