After the morning rain moved away, the weather was pretty good this afternoon. Though that brisk south-easterly kept the temperature down a degree or two.
Main highlight noted from the back garden was a male Blackcap singing from behind Bumpers Lane.
Also of note was a female Hairy-footed Flower Bee (Anthophora plumipes), my first ever in the back garden.
A new moth found in the garden was a Large Long-horn (Nematopogon swammerdamella) and I also found another Yellow-faced Bell (Notocelia cynosbatella)
