Furzedown Farm, Tidmoor Cove and Lynch Cove

After a quick tidy up at the Caravan, it was off for a late afternoon walk past the farm and between the coves.

There was only one highlight this afternoon and that was an Osprey looking for a meal between the two coves. After several minutes it gave up and headed towards Abbotsbury Swannery.

This is a Tamarisk Salt Cedar (Tamarix spp., possibly Tamarix tetrandra).........

I believe this is...........

......Black Bryony (Dioscorea communisa) with masses of poisonous berries. More on this plant here.
