Portland Bill

It was a trip to The Bill this afternoon with my Dad, Dawn, Hazel my sister and Ted of course.

Despite the overcast conditions it was pleasantly warm. Out to sea were thousands of gulls in the Races, with several Gannets amongst them.

As I was sat on one of the benches with my Dad, I noticed a Skua flying close in to the shoreline as it made its way past the Obelisk. I managed a couple of photos, and it turned out to be an Arctic Skua.
