Lower Horse Paddock, Broadcroft Butterfly Reserve and Broadcroft Quarry Lane

With the weather closing in this afternoon, it was a quick walk around the "block" to see what was about.

A couple of highlights with a Chiffchaff in Broadcroft Quarry Lane and 3 Redwing in the horse paddock.

Just one Buff-tailed Bumblebee seen. There were no butterflies, hoverflies or even flies for that matter in the freezing cold weather where the temperature managed to get to 7.3°C.
