Old Quarry Lane, Wakeham Wildlife Site and Wakeham Meadows

After the plumber let me down, by failing to turn up, I ended up trying to fix the leaking pipes to the kitchen taps myself. The good news is we have cold water upstairs and downstairs, plus hot water upstairs, but not to the kitchen sink yet. That will be tomorrow's task.

So it was a very late walk for me and Ted (5:30pm - 6:30pm), and it will come as no surprise that there were no invertebrates noted, other than a wasp sp.

On the bird front I came across at least 6 Chiffchaffs and 2 Goldcrests calling as they settled into their roosts.
