Wakeham

A day I don't want to remember in a hurry, but at least the news was good after I had a Trans Oesophageal Echo, to photograph my leaking heart valve.

Though the new heart valve has a small leak, the consultant was happy to tell me that no further action was required and not to overdo things. i.e. lifting heavy objects and over-exerting myself.

So Mallorca here I come at the end of this month and I cant wait for a well-earned break.

Having got home this afternoon, I spent the rest of the day in the back garden chilling out.

Main highlight was a Chiffchaff seen briefly as it made its way up the island.

Woodpigeons sat in the Sycamore at the back of the garden.

Yes I can see you!!!
