What a day in the park with some fantastic birds, especially with Black-crowned Night Heron, Squacco Heron, Purple Heron, Glossy Ibis, Greater Flamingos, Kentish Plovers, Nightingales and Savi's Warblers to name but a few.

This ungainly looking bird coming into land in this tree is a male Glossy Ibis.
And another Glossy Ibis in flight.
While Ostriches stick their heads in the sand, Great Flamingos do it in the water.

Ahh with their heads out of the water, these two show just how large those beaks are.
