Old Quarry Lane, Wakeham Meadows and Wakeham Wildlife Site

After a wet miserable day yesterday, today was a lot brighter and fresher, especially with that south-westerly gusting at over 30mph. In the sheltered spots it was actually quite warm, which might explain why there were so many butterflies about, especially Common Blues and Chalkhill Blues, with at least 15 or so seen of both species.
