Old Quarry Lane, Wakeham Meadow, Easton Railway Cuttings, The Windmills, Wakeham Railway Cuttings, Bumpers Lane, Broadcroft Quarry Lane and Lower Horse Paddock.

It was a very late walk today and unsurprisingly I didn't too much, with the main highlights being 3 Song Thrush, 3 Chiffchaff and a couple of Siskin overhead.

As for insects it was a no show for butterflies, bees and hoverflies. Though I did come across 2 Common Wasps and a moth.

Ships Today:

This is the French Ro-Ro Cargo Ship "MN Pelican" on its way from Bilbao to Poole. More on this vessel Here.

This is the Maltese Oil/Chemical Tanker "Baltic Favour" returning to Fawley from Weymouth Bay. More on this vessel Here.

Conditions to see ships way out in the Channel were pretty poor. I could see something on the horizon, but it....

............took a bit of enhancement in PhotoShop to at least give this vessel a "shape". After checking the shape and its position in the English Channel,  it transpires that this is the Maltese Ro-Ro Cargo Ship "Vespertine" on its way from Dublin to Zeebrugge. More on this vessel Here.
