Out and about

Today was a trip to the vet in Weymouth for Benji and Teds annual check-up. And as we left, torrential rain began to fall, creating a torrent of water down the road here in Wakeham.

The wasn't much to see on the way there, but with the rain easing a bit on our return journey, I did see a few small waders at Ferrybridge as the tide dropped. Only only birds note were several Herring Gulls and Great Black-backed Gulls.

Around Portland Heights, where the visibility was down to around 50 metres, 3 Swallows appeared briefly in the low cloud shrouding Portland.
