Old Quarry Lane, Wakeham Meadows and Wakeham Wildlife Site

The glorious 16th. If you're a coarse angler you'll know what I mean. Not only was the date glorious but so was the weather, though that annoying stiff south-westerly is still with us.

Highlight today was a Hobby that flew over the wildlife site, but disappeared very quickly to the south.

The "tail-less" Slow-worm is back in its usual place. It was very lethargic, which made me wonder whether it was in the early stages of it shedding its skin!!
