It was very overcast today, and in the swirling low clouds this morning both the Queen Mary 2 and Hamburg Express made their way out of the Solent, to their next destinations.
On the bird front, just the "normal" birds seen with Herring Gulls, Carrion Crows, Jackdaws, 2 Pied Wagtails, Woodpigeon and feral pigeons.
Update
Happy Days. Well it appears that my left lung is draining pretty well on its own, meaning that the keyhole surgery planned for this afternoon, to remove the excess fluid was called off.
It does mean however that I have to put in a bit more effort myself, with more walking, and breathing more efficiently. The latter by really getting the oxygen into my lungs with deep breathing. Not an easy task when you're rib cage is still sore from the op.
