More April showers, though today was far from showery, as a south-easterly breeze of around 30mph, brought in constant drizzle for most of the day.
A quick pit stop at Ferrybridge revealed, unsurprisingly, just 8 bird species.

3 House Sparrow
1 Chaffinch
2 Linnet
An adult Cormorant bobbing about on one of the buoys in the Fleet.
This Herring was sat on the pontoon at Ferrybridge, but............
.........flew off to look for a dryer spot no doubt.
An adult male Starling keeping one leg dry!!
