Wakeham
Always nice to find something new, not a bird but a Common Green Capsid, Lygocoris pabulinus walking up the courtyard wall this morning.

Also in the garden today a Marbled White, Red Admiral, Large White, Small White, Small Skipper, Meadow Brown, Ringlet, Gatekeeper and my favourite little butterfly a Small Copper. A great list of butterflies for new garden.

Overhead this afternoon, 16 Swifts, 6 Swallows and a Sand Martin, not sure what the latter was doing, heading south guess! Across the road to the north of Bumpers Lane a Blackcap was singing.
