It was a late afternoon walk around The Bill, in absolutely freezing conditions. The temperature might well have been 4.0°C, but add in that wind chill factor from the northeast and it felt more like -4.0°C.
On top of the cool conditions, the bird watching was pretty poor as well with no Purple Sandpipers and very sea birds seen. The only birds of interest was the Rock Pipit with the ACC ring on its leg and a Chiffchaff in the Obs Quarry.
