Old Quarry Lane, Wakeham Meadow, Lower Horse Paddock, Higher Horse Paddock, Broadcroft Butterfly Reserve, Broadcroft Quarry Lane and Bumpers Lane

I did the same walk as yesterday, but even though it's still very humid, the wind had really picked up with gusts up to 35mph.

The winds certainly hampered me from finding any migrants, but in the sheltered spots, not that there were many, I did come across two Blackcaps and a single Chiffchaff.

Over the reserve there was a small "flock" of Swallows, of different ages, which moved on pretty sharpish towards the Bill. Other birds of note were two Yellow Wagtails and a Meadow Pipit also making here way their way south.
