It was my last full day here in Braintree, and fortunately there was no rain this morning.
So it was an early morning walk for me and Birthday boy Ted, before heading back to my late parents house to finish painting another room.
There's still more to do, so watch this space as I might be back here next month!
A new bird species for my Braintree list was a drake Mallard. Also new was a Muntjac which was feeding close to a housing estate.
