Whilst clearing the brambles for the new Chicken run, I disturbed a Elm Button moth, Acleris kochiella. Despite my attempt to photograph it, it had other ideas and disappeared into the brambles. Also seen a Dingy Footman, Eilema griseola.
Overhead still lots of Swallows and House Martins, and a Sparrowhawk on the search for prey.
