Wakeham, Perryfield Quarry Butterfly Reserve, Wakeham Wildlife Site, Wakeham Meadows and Old Quarry Lane

Happy Days, well it was today, though I shall have to see how tomorrow pans out, before I venture out again.

Happy Days!!! What's that about? Well today was my first "decent" walk since returning home from hospital on 28 Nov. Not the longest of walks, but a walk that saw me walk further than the usual trip up and down the back garden.

There were a couple of good highlights with a Great Spotted Woodpecker calling from the top of Pennsylvania Castle Wood and a Chiffchaff tagging along with 8 Long-tailed Tits in Wakeham Meadow.
