Still birds heading south, over and past the Cottage. 2 Swifts, several Swallows over and a Willow Warbler flew across Bumpers lane into the Sycamore at the back of the Cottage and then onto the next one further down.

Also about a Painted Lady which flew over the garden, as did a Red Admiral and a Large White. There was another Common Field Grasshopper, Chorthippus brunneus in the middle garden and a worn Mint Moth, Pyrausta aurata in the top garden.
